Global Water Intelligence, in association with The Produced Water Society, has chosen Abu Dhabi to host its first seminar to share the latest developments in produced water treatment.

The Produced Water Society has met annually in Houston for 27 years, discussing the latest technologies, case studies and challenges facing the industry.

Produced Water Middle East takes place on the Sunday and Monday of ADIPEC week and provides a focal point for everyone involved in produced water treatment and management. ADIPEC is one of the world’s most influential oil and gas events, bringing 90,000 oil & gas professionals to Abu Dhabi.

This half day workshop will provide hands on experience in how to analyze and improve produced water reinjection systems from treatment to injection wells.

The workshop will provide expert insight into:

  • Integrated methodology for analyzing and optimizing injection systems
  • Balancing energy efficiency and system capacity
  • Surface and Subsurface issues
  • Centrifugal pumps and their behavior
  • Debottlenecking of produced water injection systems with minimum investment
  • Excel based simulation techniques and calculation tools

    Is this the same time as ADIPEC?

    ADIPEC runs from Monday 13th until Thursday 16th November. Produced Water Middle East takes place on Sunday 12th and Monday 13th. The afternoon of Monday 13th is a data analysis workshop. You can stay for the whole event and still have 3 full days at the ADIPEC Trade Show. PWME is an outstanding opportunity to network with everyone in town that week with an interest in produced water.
